Update 3/19/17 Libby does great for grooming, she is a little fearful when it comes to water. She has done great with keeping her crate clean. Libby will sit comfortably in her bed in the living room in the evenings with her foster parents. 

Little Libby has spent her first 3 years as a breeder dog in a puppy mill environment, so family life is brand new to her. Her foster family is providing her the intense TLC she needs right now, and teaching her how to bond with her humans, rather than just other dogs. Keep checking back for her progress...
